The Primary School

We have one intake of new Reception children in September.  All applications for reception classes are dealt with by the Local Authority.

Places in Reception 2019

Children born between 1st September 2014 and 31st August 2015 will be eligible for a place in September 2019.

We will be running a number of Reception open mornings for you to come and take a look around our learning environments and hear from our EYFS lead about our exciting and rich curriculum and why we are proud of our school.

Please note the deadline for applying for a Reception place is Tuesday 15th January 2019.

Nursery Places

If you are interested in a Nursery place for your child please contact the school when your child is 2yrs old, although the length of time on a waiting list is not a criteria for admission to the Nursery.

We offer a morning or afternoon session either 8.45am-11.45am or 12.45-3.45pm for 5 days per week (15 hours per week)
We also offer  a number of 30 hours free Nursery provision places (term time only) to families who are eligible and meet the criteria. Please click on link below for more information or alternatively phone us.

Nursery education is not statutory. The school admits pupils using the Greenwich criteria i.e:

1. The age of the child

2. Nearness to school

3. Special educational & health needs supported by a letter from health visitor, doctor, social worker

 

Children are admitted in the September following their 3rd birthday and you will be contacted the term prior to admission. If we have availability we have a Nursery intake in January and April too.
