Anti-Bullying

At South Rise we are passionate about values based learning. We are committed to providing a caring, friendly and safe environment for all of our children and adults so that they can learn, play and communicate in a relaxed, happy and secure atmosphere which enables all children to realise their full potential.  We adopt a restorative approach to conflict resolution and our children are empowered to discuss their problems and issues with adults and their peers as they arise. 

On this website you will be able to access both our Anti-Bullying Policy and also our Computing Policy which incorporates a section on E-Safety and how to protect your children online.  We also have an anti-bullying charter which was developed by the children to demonstrate their commitment to Anti- Bullying at South Rise.  This can be used as a discussion starter at home.  We always encourage parents and carers to come and talk to us about anything which causes them concerns or that they have a question about.
